Meet the Fit for Start participants of the 2016 Spring Edition

Fit for Start offers early-stage funding and coaching to ICT start-ups in Luxembourg. Five promising start-ups qualified for the 2016 spring edition: LargoWind, Evvos, Klap, Nomoko and Visual Scaffolding. The programme helps ICT start-ups to develop a prototype of their product and learn how to test it with their first clients. After graduating from Fit for Start, they are ready to conquer the market. Visual Scaffolding – for a smooth app development 

When it comes to designing a new web or mobile application, 70% of the total budget is spent on development costs alone. To make the lives of designers and developers easier, the start-up Visual Scaffolding has developed an innovative technology that is able to significantly reduce such costs.

LargoWind is setting sail

Selected for the Fit for Start Spring Edition 2016 with a project called Connected Rope, LargoWind is a highly promising start-up that develops a smart monitoring device for boat owners. With its innovative product and business plan, the early stage start-up also convinced the jury at the Ireland Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (ILCC) Innovation Contest 2016 and won the first prize: a trip to Ireland’s innovation hub.
