Contributing to Fit 4 Scale as a coach & expert

The programme is open to all experts showing:

  • competence and experience in supporting innovative, tech-driven and data-driven startups/projects
  • extensive knowledge of new technologies in general
  •  extensive knowledge of the national and international startup landscape (institutional and economic)
  •  expertise in Lean startup and of the Agile methods
  •  the ability to deliver services in English (Luxembourgish, French and German are considered an asset)

Responsibilities during the Fit 4 Scale programme

The responsibilities of the coaches are as follows :

  • support participating companies during the Support Phase through scheduled deep-dive sessions and guide them towards the overall programme objectives
  • prepare and lead group coaching sessions, including the definition of content, agenda, duration, and logistical setup
  • participate in coaching debriefing meetings with the Initiator and the Organiser, and promptly report any potential issues or concerns
  • ensure consistent reporting towards participating companies, the Organiser, and the Lead Mentors

Coach for deep-dive modules

The 9-month Fit 4 Scale programme addresses core scaling needs through deep-dive modules, with topics predefined but with tailored content for each edition.

Objective: Support scaleups in overcoming key growth challenges through tailored modules delivered by consultants on a cohort basis

  1. Scaling sales: equip companies with the tools and strategies to build repeatable, scalable sales processes 
  2. Financials discipline & planning: : help scaleups build financial rigor and forward-looking planning to sustain rapid growth.
  3. Building the team - Hiring & Leadership: Strengthen leadership capabilities and talent acquisition to scale both culture and performance.
  4. AI acceleration support: Guide companies on AI adoption through technical assessments and identifying opportunities for scalable impact.

We are seeking experienced coaches to bring their expertise to these areas.
