Fit 4 Performance is a grant programme from the Ministry of the Economy that funds up to 70% of an operational excellence assessment. It helps Luxembourg-based companies develop their activities through a practical analysis of their strategy and objectives, governance, processes, resources and capabilities.

This programme is aimed at Luxembourg companies that want to have a more solid organisation that is better aligned with their objectives. It can help them prepare for a development phase, a digitalisation or artificial intelligence project, or a business transfer or takeover.

With the support of an experienced consultant, approved by Luxinnovation, Fit 4 Performance also strengthens competitiveness and operational resilience through a structured diagnosis and a prioritised action plan.

Fit 4 Performance: mission content

DIAGNOSTIC
Within a maximum period of six months, the consultant carries out an analysis structured around the operational, organisational and strategic dimensions. Each area includes a cross-cutting assessment of the digital tools and challenges relevant to the company.
ACTION PLAN
At the end of the assignment, the company receives a structured and costed action plan, including tailored recommendations and operational indicators to monitor its implementation.

Subsidy rate

The subsidy rate depends on the size of the company:

Small

up to 70% of eligible fees

Medium

up to 60% of eligible fees

Large

up to 50% of eligible fees

Who can benefit from Fit 4 Performance

The programme is intended for companies that meet all of the following criteria:

Have their registered office in Luxembourg;
Carry out an economic activity as their main activity;
Hold a business permit issued by the Ministry of the Economy.

How to benefit from Fit 4 Performance

Step 1: Grant application

→ The company selects an expert accredited by Luxinnovation.

→ The company provides Luxinnovation with the required documents (The information provided is collected solely to process the grant application.)

→ Luxinnovation submits the grant application on behalf of the company.
