Genna Elvin, lead mentor for ClimateCamp

Genna is an entrepreneur building companies at the intersection of data, AI and impact. At 17, she co-founded her first startup, bringing solar energy to the Marshall Islands. After studying International Relations, Law and Psychology, she began her career with the New Zealand Government. In 2011, she co-founded Tadaweb, which provides an operating system for data for publicly available information (PAI) and open-source intelligence (OSINT), and now employs more than 100 people across London, Paris and North America. In 2025, she featured on the cover of Forbes. Genna is President of pulse.lu, Luxembourg's largest startup association, a Non-Executive Director for purpose-driven companies and a regular speaker on startups, AI and leadership across Europe. 

Christophe Bianco, lead mentor for AIRMO

Christophe is a Luxembourg-based tech entrepreneur, investor, and cybersecurity expert. He co-founded Excellium Services, scaling it into a leading European cybersecurity provider before its acquisition by Thales. Today, he serves as Head of Sales for Thales’ Cyber Services division and acts as a Venture Partner at 33N Ventures, backing Europe’s most promising cybersecurity and defense startups. Christophe is also an active business angel with LBAN, a mentor to early-stage founders, and a contributor to governance initiatives at the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA). Currently pursuing an Executive PhD, his research explores the relationship between entrepreneurs and early-stage investors, with a focus on governance and information asymmetry.

Xavier is a tech entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience, dedicated to safeguarding digital identities and building trust across the online environment.
