Horizon Europe Pillar 2 – Research Innovation Actions

Join research and innovation projects addressing global challenges

Partner with experts from various countries and sectors and apply for Horizon Europe funding for projects tackling pressing global challenges while boosting Europe’s industrial competitiveness.

Do you want to acquire new knowledge, develop new skills, conduct lab testing and develop proofs of concept?

The EU’s research and innovation programme Horizon Europe funds thematic, collaborative calls for proposals aimed at creating new knowledge or exploring new or improved technologies, products, processes, services and solutions.

These so-called Research Innovation Actions can fund basic and applied research, technology development and integration, testing, demonstration and validation of small-scale prototypes in a laboratory or simulated environment. Calls for proposals cover six strategic areas called Horizon Europe Clusters:

  • Cluster 1: Health
  • Cluster 2: Culture, Creativity, and Inclusive Society
  • Cluster 3: Civil Security for Society
  • Cluster 4: Digital, Industry, and Space
  • Cluster 5: Climate, Energy, and Mobility
  • Cluster 6: Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment

We can support you throughout the entire application process and during the project lifetime. We can help you:

  • assess the most relevant calls for proposals and course of action for your research projects
  • identify past and on-going projects and key players that can be helpful for your proposal
  • advise on the proposal writing and review your draft
  • provide support with legal and financial matters at the proposal stage and during the implementation of the project
