Fit 4 Scale, Luxembourg’s programme for ambitious companies ready to scale across Europe organised by Luxinnovation in collaboration with the Ministry of the Economy, used Nexus Luxembourg 2026 as a strong platform to showcase its cohort. All five companies – A352, ClimateCamp, Airmo, Kidola and Partao – were present with their own booths, pitched their innovations and joined panel discussions, gaining visibility and connecting with investors, partners and peers.
Nexus Luxembourg, Luxembourg’s flagship tech event, brought together up to 10,000 participants from across the innovation ecosystem. Within this dynamic setting, the Nexus Startups and Scaleups Awards, supported by Startup Luxembourg, provided a high-profile platform for 250 companies competing for a grand prize worth over €125,000.

Across the exhibition floor and pitch arena, the five Fit 4 Scale companies showcased their technologies and approaches across diverse streams, from disruptive finance to space tech. Financial Navigator by A352, a platform enhancing financial data for faster and more confident decision making, addressed inefficiencies head on, with Managing Director Dr Jürgen Wolff noting that "CFOs and treasurers are tired of patching together legacy tools. They want something that works with them, not against them."
ClimateCamp showed how it turns emissions data into meaningful climate action, enabling companies to reduce their carbon footprint, while Airmo, specialising in methane monitoring technologies, underlined its ambition to build “the world’s most advanced greenhouse gas monitoring system." Kidola presented its integrated daycare management solution, simplifying scheduling, billing and communication for operators while improving daily decision making.
Partao, Europe’s largest heavy machinery parts marketplace, stood out in this highly competitive environment, winning the AI Applications and Solutions stream and demonstrating how it is transforming sourcing processes with data-driven precision. Supported by dedicated booths, all five companies extended their presence beyond the stage, engaging directly with visitors and strengthening connections across the ecosystem.
How companies address AI, sustainability and space tech
Beyond the pitch stage, the Fit 4 Scale companies also contributed actively to panel discussions, bringing practical insights to conversations on AI, sustainability and emerging technologies, with a clear focus on translating innovation into measurable business impact.
In discussions on AI adoption, Daniel Steinhauf, Managing Director of A352, highlighted how technology is already transforming operations, explaining that "AI helps us to become more efficient in terms of software development and the complete cycle of development is getting much faster."
Building on this, Partao co-founder Virginia Strong emphasised a pragmatic approach to implementation, advising companies to "Start with your team" and embed AI into daily operations before scaling further.
In the sustainability debate, ClimateCamp founder and CTO Vitalie Schiopu stressed the need to connect climate action directly to business performance:
Can we win more deals? Will we generate more revenue? Will it help us preserve revenue?"

Meanwhile, in the SpaceTech discussion, Eduardo Cruz, Country Manager Luxembourg at Airmo, highlighted the increasing integration of space capabilities across industries, noting that "almost all space industry exists because it fits into other industries" as adoption continues to grow.
Fit 4 Scale mentoring supports company growth
A high
light was the panel featuring Quentin de Madre, co-founder of Kidola, alongside his Fit 4 Scale lead mentor Tom Michels, CEO of Salonkee. Moderated by Inna Perepelytsya, Fit 4 Scale Programme Manager at Luxinnovation, the discussion illustrated how mentoring and exchange with founders who have experienced scaling support companies in expanding beyond their home market and navigating growth across Europe.
"We spend a lot of time on onboarding, because we want to make sure there is a real connection with the customer, so they feel understood and supported," explained Mr de Madre. From the mentor perspective, Mr Michels highlighted the value of shared experience:
It is great for a growing company to have a helpful exchange to understand how others who have gone through it, solved it."

Networking and mentoring accelerate scaling
For the participating companies, Nexus Luxembourg went beyond visibility, providing an opportunity to strengthen relationships and accelerate their development within the Fit 4 Scale programme.
Vitalie Schiopu emphasised the importance of in-person interactions in complementing ongoing coaching: "It was good to have these intense connections, and a physical touch point." He also pointed to the programme’s value at this stage of their journey, enabling direct, less formal exchanges with coaches and helping refine their next steps beyond scheduled meetings and emails.
For Virginia Strong, the experience combined energy, exposure and meaningful conversations. She noted how the programme has significantly broadened their reach within Luxembourg and beyond. As she put it, "Our network is 10x the size," highlighting how Fit 4 Scale enabled them to move decisively from initial engagement to deeper integration into the ecosystem, strengthening connections with founders, investors and partners while expanding their network across Europe.
By bringing together pitches, panels, exhibition space and networking opportunities, Nexus Luxembourg offered an ideal platform for the Fit 4 Scale companies to showcase their solutions and deepen their integration into the European innovation ecosystem.
As the programme continues, these connections and insights will play a key role in supporting their ambitions to grow across Europe and turn innovation into lasting impact.
