From startup spark to scaleup strategy: Europe connects here

Pitch. Inspire. Connect. On 22–23 October, Luxembourg Venture Days 2025 brings Europe’s most curated startup-investor event to Luxexpo The Box.

25/09/2025

Organised by Luxinnovation and joined by the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA), this third edition is more than a local celebration – it’s Europe’s most actionable startup-investor rendezvous. With 1,200+ participants, 600+ entrepreneurs, 210+ investors and 310+ curated B2B meetings last year, the event has proven its power to turn introductions into impact.

One of the event’s most powerful features is its curated matchmaking between startups, scaleups and investors. These targeted B2B meetings are designed to spark meaningful conversations and accelerate dealmaking. To streamline the experience, a dedicated event app will enable participants to personalise their agenda, connect with relevant profiles, and maximise their time on site. It’s not just networking – it’s precision dealflow in action.

The quality of meetings made the trip worthwhile, Nicolas Milerioux, Encevo

Luxembourg Venture Days positions Luxembourg as a strategic gateway for European dealflow. The LPEA Insights Conference returns with three dynamic stages tailored to the needs of Limited Partners and General Partners – offering deep dives into buyout strategies, ESG frameworks and emerging asset classes.

Themes like defence tech, cybersecurity, fintech, cleantech, deeptech and Luxembourg corporate connect will take centre stage – offering a panoramic view of Europe’s innovation frontier.

“Last year’s Luxembourg Venture Days, run in tandem with LPEA’s Insights conference, was well attended and well run. The right mix of startups, corporates and funds. The quality of meetings made the trip worthwhile,” Nicolas Milerioux, Head of Venture Capital at Encevo testifies.

Innovation that builds movements

The World Food Programme’s Innovation Accelerator will launch the second edition of the Humanitarian Innovation Accelerator (HIA), powered by the Luxembourg government. HIA supports tech-powered solutions that address urgent challenges faced by vulnerable populations – offering selected ventures financial, technical and methodological support through WFP and its global partner ecosystem.

This humanitarian focus reinforces Luxembourg Venture Days’ commitment to investing in values, not just valuations. This philosophy is championed by keynote speaker Jillian Manus, Managing Partner at Structure Capital and US Venture Advisor to the European Innovation Council: “I believe the most transformative ventures are those that invest in values, not just valuations. When we align capital with purpose, we don’t just build companies – we build movements.”
