The Board of Directors of Luxinnovation, the national innovation agency, has unanimously decided to appoint Mario Grotz as CEO from 1 March 2025. He will succeed Sasha Baillie, who will take up her post as Marshal of the Court on that date.

20 startups selected for the Fit 4 start #15 programme

The names of the 20 startups that will participate in the 15th edition of the Fit 4 Start acceleration programme at the beginning of 2025 were officially announced during the Luxembourg Venture Days, the flagship event of the Luxembourg startup ecosystem. The Luxembourg Venture Days, which attracted more than 2,600 people to Luxexpo The Box, were organised on 16 and 17 October jointly by Luxinnovation and the Luxembourg Private Equity Association, under the aegis of Startup Luxembourg.

The second edition of the Luxembourg Venture Days will gather investors, startups, and innovators in a joint summit on 16 and 17 October 2024 at Luxexpo The Box. The annual event is organised by Luxembourg’s innovation agency Luxinnovation and the Luxembourg Private Equity and VC Association (LPEA) under the umbrella of Startup Luxembourg, the country’s network to promote its startup ecosystem.
